We operate in a way that protects the environment and the land we live on. We take action to help reduce climate change by choosing more sustainable packaging, calculating our CO2 footprint, and sorting our production waste. We prioritise the circular economy, set high standards for raw material suppliers, and choose renewable energy sources.
TAKING CARE OF OUR EMPLOYEES
“Mantinga” is a family, and its employees are members of this family. We take care of our workers' health and safety and pay fair wages. We measure and improve microclimate indicators. We guarantee gender, religious, national, and other equality. We listen to employees' suggestions and give them room to grow.
HELPING COMMUNITIES
We are a responsible member of society and believe that as a business grows, so must the community around it. Education is one of our main areas of support. We have established the Mantinga Charity Support Foundation, through which we organise non-formal education for the children of our employees, reward the best students, organise children's holidays and trips, and contribute to various other initiatives. We regularly provide financial and food aid to various NGOs, adapting to the world situation and helping those most in need.
