SANDWICH WITH BEANS AND FRIED BACON SLICES

MUST HAVE:

  • Dark Italian Bread CIABATTA
  • 100 g of bacon
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 sweet paprika
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 200 g of black beans
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 10 g of sesame paste
  • 150 g of mascarpone cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • radishes for decoration
  • coriander for decoration

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Cut the bacon into slices, the onion – into half rings, the sweet pepper (with the seeds removed) – into rings.
  2. Fry the bacon in a pan. Take it out, add onion, paprika, and chopped garlic to fry there. At the end of cooking, sprinkle pepper, salt, pour in a can of black beans, mix. Pour cumin, add sesame paste, mix.
  3. Bake the ciabatta in the oven at 190 degrees for 12 minutes. Once cooked and slightly cooled, cut it in half lengthwise.
  4. Squeeze the mascarpone cream evenly on the lower part of the ciabatta with a pastry syringe, put the bean and vegetable mass on it, then place the fried bacon slices and decorate with finely chopped radishes and coriander leaves.
