Education of children and youth, as well as the development of certain skills, is one of the main areas of social responsibility of Mantinga Group. We have initiated several important projects in our hometown, but we are also actively involved in cooperation with students.

We are welcoming this academic year by joining the #HandsON project organized by the Faculty of Economics and Business of the Kaunas University of Technology (KTU). During this project, students solve real business challenges, looking for creative and innovative business solutions.

This year, Mantinga also presented one challenge. Its purpose is to develop an innovation strategy for the development of sustainability and healthiness of Mantinga’s frozen food products. This project was initiated by the New Product Creation and Research and Development (R&D) team.

In 10 weeks, students will get to know the company in more detail, deeply analyze the challenge and propose original ideas. We have prepared a special gift for the best solution developers.

We believe that this cooperation will bring useful and valuable results for both us and young talents!
