Mantinga, the largest producer of bread, snacks and frozen products in the Baltic States, currently has positions available for up to as many as 150 new production employees. As production capacity grows, the company will be looking to employ operators, packers and formers.

The company, which opened a new layered product line in May, currently employs over 1.6 thousand employees, mostly in production.

“The need for new employees is driven by the introduction of our new line of layered products, along the overall increased demand for snacks and sandwiches during the summer period. We must also strengthen the chain of employees in order to meet the growing production demands. We are looking for employees to cover the busy summer season, and we have vacant positions for permanent employees as well,” comments Nijolė Daukšienė, HR Director of Mantinga.
