We present the second Sustainability Report of the Mantinga Group.

“If in 2022 we were just revealing and trying to measure sustainability indicators (KPI), last year we already had a clear vision and could look deeper. We can confidently call 2023 the year of changes: we started the reorganization process in the Group, implemented the last stage of changing the business system. At the same time, that year was also very bright in the sustainability journey – after the confirmation of the new strategy of the group of companies until 2030, sustainability became an integral area in every set goal”, says Mantas Agentas, CEO of Mantinga Group.

Some of the sustainability indicators that we managed to achieve in 2023:
- 11% less energy was used to produce and service a ton of products.
- More than 12 tons of raw materials for plastic packaging were saved.
- The farm of tractors was renovated, so their average fuel consumption per year decreased by as much as 18%.
- A great attention was paid to the well-being and development of employees - more than 200 employees participated in training during the year, several celebrations and awards for long-term employees were organized on the occasion of the 25^th birthday, both production and administration employees were covered by additional health insurance.
- On behalf of the Mantingas Charity and Support Fund, support for EUR 522,072 was provided last year, which is even EUR 118,816 more than in 2022. A unique project of progressive entrepreneurship has been initiated in Marijampolė municipality in all educational institutions of the municipality.
- Sustainability and Anti-corruption Policies, as well as Codes of Ethics and Supplier Ethics were approved.
- Accidents at work decreased by 14.7%.
- No violations of a corrupt nature have been identified.
