Mantinga has completed the reorganization process. From the beginning of this year, a new structure of the group of companies has been established – taking into account the areas of activity, several new companies were established, and the managers of the companies changed.

“In recent years, as we have grown rapidly, we have set ambitious goals for the future, requiring structural changes within the company. Thus, the reorganization decision was made – to distribute responsibilities among different companies according to certain areas of activity. After implementing the reorganization, we will be able to manage business units, allocate capital, manage risks even more efficiently and this will open up new opportunities for various means of attracting capital,” says Mantas Agentas, CEO of Mantinga Group.

According to the new structure that entered into force this year, the “Mantinga” group of companies consists of several companies:

• The managing company remained UAB Mantinga Group (head Mantas Agentas);
• The production activity was completely transferred to UAB Mantinga, but the head of this company changed – Vytenis Kupstas, a member of the board of Mantinga Group, became the head of UAB Matinga (which will be renamed Mantinga Production by the end of 2024);
• The newly established sales and marketing company “Mantinga Bakery & Food Solutions” (head Laimutis Kunigėnas);
• The newly established Mantinga Services provides servicing for UAB (head Virmantas Balsys);
• The logistics activities are implemented by UAB Mantinga Logistics (head Alius Maknavičius), which operated under the name “Transport Leader” until last October. With the new structure, additional functions and responsibilities were assigned to the company.
