Every October, Kaunas University of Technology (KTU) organizes an impressive career fair, where students – future employees – have the chance to get to know various Lithuanian companies, interact with their representatives, and ask important questions about career opportunities. This event is quite remarkable, as it takes place in one of the largest arenas in Lithuania – the “Žalgiris Arena”, attracting hundreds of companies trying to stand out with the most eye-catching booths.

This year, the “Mantinga” team triumphed at the career fair, winning the title of MOST WANTED company. This award is given to the company whose QR code is scanned the most by students during the event. For Mantinga’s team, this is a symbolic yet significant achievement – competing against the largest and most renowned companies is no easy task. Moreover, last year, the team missed this title by just a few votes, making this year’s win even more meaningful for “Mantinga”.
