In line with the Group's strategy, we aim to focus on our core activities – production and delivery of it. This leads to the intention of discontinuing additional logistics operations, specifically the transportation of contracted freight across Europe.

This decision will affect part of the "Mantinga Logistics" workforce, most of whom are long-haul drivers. "We value our employees, maintain open communication with them, and are committed to finding the best solutions for them. We will settle with employees fairly and in full compliance with all legal requirements. Additionally, as an employer, we are exploring opportunities to assist employees in smoothly transitioning to other jobs. Company management is planning meetings with potential employers," says Rasa Bartninkienė, Head of the People and Culture Department at "Mantinga Group."

No further changes are planned for "Mantinga Group" operations – work will continue as usual.
