About 40 food technologists work in Mantinga – both those who daily participate in production processes and ensure the quality of production, and those who create new products and look for innovations. It is their work that largely determines the success of the products.
Food technology is an extremely dynamic field. Mantinga, as a creative and innovative manufacturer, has a goal – the growth of food technologists, which we pursue by constantly investing in their studies, participation in exhibitions, and visits to technologists from other global manufacturers.
