June traditionally sees the launch of products for the autumn season. Around 50 products were presented, ranging from exquisite breads to surprising flavour combinations of doughnuts.
“Mantinga”'s craftsmen have prepared an abundance of goodies for autumn. Some of the exceptional new products: the ARTISAN bread is like a work of art; the VERY PERI CREAMY BERRY doughnut's eloquent name reflects the flavour; the GINGERBREAD croissant with marzipan filling, which is already an award-winner at a trade fair in the US, and many others.
On average, craftsmen create 3 new products every day. Only some of them reach the final customers — the products are tasted, refined and perfected before finally being offered on the market. In 2021, “Mantinga” launched a total of 146 new products on the market.
