MUST HAVE:
- Puff Pastry Dough Folded
- 5-6 apples
- 60 g of sugar
- 30 ml of brandy
- 50 g of butter
- 0.25 tsp of ground nutmeg
- A pinch of salt
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- 1. Caramelize sliced apples in a pan with sugar, salt, brandy, butter, and ground nutmeg.
- 2. Cover the apples with puff pastry, place the pan in the oven and bake at 190 °C for 20-25 minutes.
