TRIANGULAR PASTRIES WITH SPINACH AND CHEESE FILLING

MUST HAVE:

  • Puff Pastry Dough Folded
  • 100 g frozen or fresh spinach;
  • 2 cloves garlic;
  • 100 g cheese;
  • 2 tablespoons milk;
  • some butter;
  • salt and pepper to taste

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Dice the garlic and fry up with butter. Put the diced spinach leaves into the pan with the garlic and stew for a few minutes;
  2. Put in the cheese, pour in some milk and heat until the cheese fully melts. Cut the puff pastry dough into squares and put a teaspoon of filling onto each;
  3. Fold the squares with the filling and press their edges together. Coat with whipped egg;
  4. Lay the prepared buns onto a baking tin lined with baking paper, and bake for about 25 minutes at in an oven preheated to 180°C. Serve slightly cooled off.
