MUST HAVE:
- Puff Pastry Dough in Sheets
- 2 tablespoons of flour (to sprinkle on top)
- 2 sheets of dough
- 30 g of grated hard cheese
- 50 g of Gruyère cheese
- 2 tablespoons of ricotta cheese
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- a pinch of black pepper
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Place the sheets of MANTINGA puff pastry dough on a flour-dusted surface and divide them in half.
- Top each piece of dough with hard cheese, Gruyère, and ricotta cheese. Shape the pastries into the desired shape. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle with rosemary and black pepper.
- Bake in a 180 °C oven for 15 minutes. Once baked, you can serve the pastries garnished with rosemary leaves.
