THREE CHEESE PASTRIES

MUST HAVE:

  • Puff Pastry Dough in Sheets
  • 2 tablespoons of flour (to sprinkle on top)
  • 2 sheets of dough
  • 30 g of grated hard cheese
  • 50 g of Gruyère cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of ricotta cheese
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • a pinch of black pepper

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Place the sheets of MANTINGA puff pastry dough on a flour-dusted surface and divide them in half.
  2. Top each piece of dough with hard cheese, Gruyère, and ricotta cheese. Shape the pastries into the desired shape. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle with rosemary and black pepper.
  3. Bake in a 180 °C oven for 15 minutes. Once baked, you can serve the pastries garnished with rosemary leaves.
