Sweet and sour mango sauce

MUST HAVE:
- French Hot Dog Buns (4 pc.)
- 2 smoked sausages
- 1/2 mango
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons of passion fruit puree
- A few sprigs of coriander
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Grill the buns and sausages on all sides.
- To make the sauce, put chopped mango, mayonnaise, vinegar, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, passion fruit puree and coriander in a bowl. Blend everything with an electric blender until smooth.
- Fill the buns with the prepared mango sauce, add the sausages. Bon Appetit!
