STUFFED APPLES IN PUFF PASTRY

MUST HAVE:
- Puff Pastry Dough Folded
- 3 average-size apples;
- 1 egg;
- 3 dried apricots;
- A handful of cashew nuts;
- Spices: sugar, cinnamon.
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Carefully cut out the stalk on one side of the apple and remove the cores;
- Add sugar and cinnamon to a bowl and stir, then roll the prepared apples in this mixture;
- Cut the Mantinga yeast-free puff pastry into strips and roll around the apple one strip at a time starting from the bottom of the apple;
- Place the apples in the oven preheated to 170-180°C and bake for 20-25 minutes until the dough is nice and brown.
