THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Thaw the MANTINGA yeast-free puff pastry dough at room temperature for about 20 minutes. Cut the dough into even strips and brush with the egg batter.
  2. Bake in an oven heated to 180 °C for about 10-15 minutes until browned.
  3. Heat the cream and chocolate over low heat until the chocolate melts. Spread the sticks with chocolate and season with coconut flakes.
