STICKS WITH CHOCOLATE AND COCONUTS

MUST HAVE:
- Puff Pastry Dough in Sheets
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 100 g of dark chocolate
- 50 g of cream
- 1-2 tablespoons of coconut flakes
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Thaw the MANTINGA yeast-free puff pastry dough at room temperature for about 20 minutes. Cut the dough into even strips and brush with the egg batter.
- Bake in an oven heated to 180 °C for about 10-15 minutes until browned.
- Heat the cream and chocolate over low heat until the chocolate melts. Spread the sticks with chocolate and season with coconut flakes.
