MUST HAVE:
- Italian Bread CIABATTA
- Garlic 2 cloves
- White wine vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Milk 4 tbsp.
- Oil 1 glass
- Pinch of salt
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Mash the garlic, white wine vinegar, milk and salt until they form a smooth paste.
- Add the oil very slowly, stirring constantly, until it forms a stiff mayonnaise-like mixture.
- Bake the MANTINGA Italian ciabatta bread in the oven at 200 °C for 10-12 minutes. Serve with warm bread.
