MUST HAVE:

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Mash the garlic, white wine vinegar, milk and salt until they form a smooth paste.
  2. Add the oil very slowly, stirring constantly, until it forms a stiff mayonnaise-like mixture.
  3. Bake the MANTINGA Italian ciabatta bread in the oven at 200 °C for 10-12 minutes. Serve with warm bread.
