MUST HAVE:
- French Baguette with Garlic Butter Filling
- 1 scallion
- 1 garlic
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100 g of salami sausage
- 1 yellow pepper
- 200 g of canned tomatoes
- 3 eggs
- 10 ml of cooking oil
- salt and pepper
- scallions for decoration
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Bake the French baguette with garlic butter in the oven at 190 degrees for 12 minutes.
- Add oil to the pan and add finely chopped onions and garlic cloves. Fry them, then add bell pepper cut into sticks, fry.
- Then add the salami sausage cut into sticks, add salt and pepper, pour in the canned tomatoes, braise.
- Pour the resulting mass into a baking dish and add 3 eggs on top. Place the dish in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 8 minutes.
- Decorate the cooked shakshuka with finely chopped scallions and eat with baguette slices.
