RING OF JOY DONUT DESSERT WITH RICOTTA CHEESE AND COFFEE

MUST HAVE:

  • Donut CARAMEL PASSION
  • 200 g of ricotta cheese
  • 80 g of powdered sugar
  • 0.5 tsp. vanilla paste
  • 120 ml of cream
  • 100 ml of cold coffee
  • unsweetened cocoa powder (for decoration)

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. In a large bowl, beat the ricotta cheese, 1/2 the powdered sugar, and vanilla paste with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat cream and remaining 1/2 powdered sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed, do not overbeat.
  3. Pour into the ricotta cheese mixture. Pour the cold coffee into a shallow bowl.
  4. Dip the cut donuts, one by one, into the coffee and line the bottom of the serving dish with them, lightly press and smooth with a glass. Place the ricotta cream on top.
