PUFF PASTRY STAR WITH NUTELLA

MUST HAVE:
- Puff Pastry Dough in Sheets
- 120 g Nutella;
- 1 egg
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Defrost MANTINGA no yeast puff pastry dough. Roll it out a little. Cut out a 22–24 cm diameter circles from both sheets.
- Place one the circles on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and spread Nutella over it. Cover with the second circle. Place a small cup in the middle to mark the centre of the star.
- Cut the dough starting from the cup’s edge into 16 equal parts. Twist each part twice and connect it to the twisted part next to it. Join the edges together. You should have 8 points. Remove the cup – it is to be used only as a template.
- Glaze the star with beaten egg and bake for 45 minutes.
