MUST HAVE:
- Puff Pastry Dough in Sheets
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 2 sheets of dough
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 100 g of grated mozzarella
- 80 g of cooked pork ham
- 1 sprig of basil
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Place the sheets of MANTINGA puff pastry dough pastry on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Spread tomato sauce on them, add grated mozzarella, cooked ham and chopped tomatoes.
- Bake in a 15 °C oven for 15 minutes. After the pizzas are baked, add basil leaves and drizzle with olive oil.
