PUFF PASTRY PIZZA

MUST HAVE:

  • Puff Pastry Dough in Sheets
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 sheets of dough
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 100 g of grated mozzarella
  • 80 g of cooked pork ham
  • 1 sprig of basil
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Place the sheets of MANTINGA puff pastry dough pastry on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  2. Spread tomato sauce on them, add grated mozzarella, cooked ham and chopped tomatoes.
  3. Bake in a 15 °C oven for 15 minutes. After the pizzas are baked, add basil leaves and drizzle with olive oil.
