MUST HAVE:

  • Croissant Dough in Sheets
  • 2 sheets ofyeasted puff pastry
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 3 teaspoons of freeze-dried mashed berries

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Sprinkle the MANTINGA yeast dough with cinnamon and sugar. Roll up both longer ends of the puff pastry until half and cut into slices. Pinch the bottom of each slice to form hearts.
  2. Place the hearts in a tray lined with baking paper, sprinkle with lyophilized mashed berries and bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
