PUFF PASTRY CAKES WITH PLUMS AND MASCARPONE

MUST HAVE:
- Puff Pastry Dough in Sheets
- plums 2 pcs.
- 3 tbsp. of mascarpone cheese
- 2 tbsp. Of brown sugar
- 1 handful of mint leaves
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Cut the plums into slices. Thaw the MANTINGA unleavened puff pastry without yeast at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
- Press the holes with a spoon.
- Spread the mascarpone on the dough sheets, add the plums and sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 12-15 minutes.
- Decorate the cakes with mint leaves.
