PUFF PASTRY BUNNIES WITH EGG SPREAD

MUST HAVE:
- Puff Pastry Dough in Sheets
- 2 eggs;
- 30 g of fresh parsley;
- 100 g of sour cream;
- 50 g of cottage cheese
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Cut the Mantinga puff pastry sheet into strips. Take both ends of the dough strip and twist. You should get a bunny-like puff;
- Boil 2 eggs and cut into very small cubes. Cut the parsley as finely as possible. Mix 100 g of sour cream and 50 g of cottage cheese with eggs and parsley. Add salt to taste;
- Bake the biscuits in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 20 minutes.
