PUFF PASTRY AND PEACH CAKES

MUST HAVE:
- Puff Pastry Dough in Sheets
- canned peaches 2 pcs.
- 3 tbsp. of ricotta cheese
- a few freeze-dried berries
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Cut the peaches into slices. Thaw MANTINGA unleavened puff pastry at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes and cut in half.
- Make holes in the dough with a spoon and add the ricotta cheese.
- Add chopped, canned peaches and bake in a hot air fryer at 180 °C for about 12 minutes.
- Sprinkle the baked cakes with freeze-dried berries.
