THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Cut the peaches into slices. Thaw MANTINGA unleavened puff pastry at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes and cut in half.
  2. Make holes in the dough with a spoon and add the ricotta cheese.
  3. Add chopped, canned peaches and bake in a hot air fryer at 180 °C for about 12 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle the baked cakes with freeze-dried berries.
