PUFF PASTRIES WITH SPINACH AND FETA

MUST HAVE:
- Croissant Dough in Sheets
- Half an onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 4 handfuls of spinach leaves
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of black pepper
- half a packet of dough
- a pinch of flour
- 100 g of feta cheese
- 1 egg
- a pinch of dried oregano
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Defrost the MANTINGA puff pastry dough at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Chop the onion and garlic and fry in a pan until soft.
- Add spinach, spices to the pan and fry everything while stirring. Cut the sheet of dough in half, sprinkle it with flour and pierce it with a fork in the middle, leaving 1-2 cm from the sides.
- Place a spoonful of the fried onion and spinach filling in the middle of the dough, and season it generously with cubes of feta cheese and oregano.
- Brush the edges of the dough with egg batter. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 °C for about 15 minutes, until browned and the filling is cooked.
