MUST HAVE:
- Donut CARAMEL PASSION
- 150 g of plums
- 0.5 tsp. of cinnamon
- 40 g of sugar
- 50 g of water
- 200 g of yogurt
- 1 piece of lemon
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Place the cut and pitted plums in a saucepan with the sugar, cinnamon and water. Heat and steam until the jam thickens, stirring occasionally with a spatula.
- At the end of cooking, pour lemon juice into the jam and leave to cool. Put the yogurt, glaze removed from the donuts and grate the lemon zest into a bowl.
- Mix everything well with a whisk. Place the cubed donuts at the bottom of the glass, pour flavored yogurt and finish the dessert with plum jam.
