MUST HAVE:

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Place the sheets of MANTINGA yeast puff pastry on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  2. Top with shredded hard cheese, tomatoes, nduja sausage, a few basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Bake in an oven at 180 °C for about 5 minutes. You can decorate the baked patties (mini cakes) with fresh basil leaves.
