PASTRY WITH SPINACH, HAM AND EGG

MUST HAVE:

  • Croissant Dough in Sheets
  • onion 1 piece
  • Spinach 1 handful
  • 3 pieces of cold smoked tenderloin
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp.
  • MANTINGA yeast puff pastry 2 sheets
  • eggs 2 pieces
  • pinch of black pepper

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Cut the onion into straws, chop the spinach, chop the pieces of cold-smoked tenderloin and put everything in a bowl. Sprinkle the black pepper over the chopped vegetables and tenderloin, add the olive oil and stir everything together.
  2. Place the sheets of MANTINGA yeast puff pastry on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place the vegetable and meat filling on top. Fold the edges of the dough upwards and pinch the corners. Beat an egg on top of the cakes.
  3. Bake in an oven at 180 °C for about 5 minutes. Garnish with spinach and black pepper after baking.
