Pastries with stewed cabbage and mushrooms

MUST HAVE:

  • Puff Pastry Dough in Sheets
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 handful of champignons
  • 2 tbsp. of oil
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • 200 g of stewed cabbage
  • 1 egg
  • a few sprigs of dill

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Defrost MANTINGA puff pastry yeast-free dough at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Dice the onion, garlic, and champignons and fry in hot oil until the vegetables are soft. Add the stewed cabbage and spices to the pan together with the already fried vegetables. Fry for a bit while stirring everything.
  3. Divide the sheet of dough into four equal triangles. Make holes the middle of the triangle with a fork and add a spoon of the prepared cabbage mix.
  4. Brush the edges of the dough with beaten egg and bake in an oven heated to 180°C for about 15 minutes, until the pastry cakes are nicely browned. Season with dill and black pepper. Enjoy!
