PASTRIES WITH BERRIES AND RICOTTA

MUST HAVE:

  • Puff Pastry Dough in Sheets
  • flour (for sprinkling on top) 2 tbsp.
  • MANTINGA yeast puff pastry 2 sheets
  • egg 1 pc.
  • Ricotta 4 tbsp.
  • Strawberries 4 pcs.
  • Blueberries 1 handful
  • raspberries 1 handful
  • brown sugar 1 tbsp.
  • Couple of mint leaves

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Place the MANTINGA yeast puff pastry sheets on a floured surface. Divide them in half and cut them into triangles.
  2. Place the triangles of yeast puff pastry on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush the sides of the triangles with the beaten egg and place the ricotta, sliced strawberries, blueberries and raspberries in the centre. Sprinkle the cakes with brown sugar.
  3. Place the baking tray with the patties in an oven at 180 °C. Bake for about 15 minutes. Garnish with mint leaves after baking.
