MUST HAVE:

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Place the MANTINGA flourless puff pastry on a flour sprinkled surface, brush it with honey, add the almonds, hazelnuts and cranberries.
  2. Roll up the puff pastry sheet and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  3. Brush the roll with beaten egg.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
