MUST HAVE:
- Puff Pastry Dough in Sheets
- Flour (for sprinkling on top) 2 tbsp.
- Honey 3 tbsp.
- Almonds 50 g
- Hazelnuts 50 g
- Cranberries 4 tbsp.
- Egg 1 pc.
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Place the MANTINGA flourless puff pastry on a flour sprinkled surface, brush it with honey, add the almonds, hazelnuts and cranberries.
- Roll up the puff pastry sheet and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Brush the roll with beaten egg.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
