MASCARPONE AND PEACH PIES

MUST HAVE:
- Puff Pastry Dough in Sheets
- 250 g Mascarpone cheese;
- a few spoons of honey;
- 1 spoon vanilla sugar;
- 1 orange;
- 450 g canned peach halves;
- 1 egg;
- 1 spoon poppy seeds
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Mix the Mascarpone cheese with the honey, vanilla sugar and orange zest;
- Cut the sheets of dough into three pieces and slightly pull on the edges;
- Place one spoon of the Mascarpone mixture and a peach half in the middle of the dough square; Press the dough edges over the peach halves;
- Glaze the dough baskets with beaten egg;
- Sprinkle with poppy seeds and bake in an oven preheated to 200 °C for about 20 minutes.
