THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Thoroughly roll out the dough. Beat an egg and add it to the curd. Thoroughly mix the curd with the egg, sugar (according to taste) and vanilla sugar;
  2. Take one layer of the rolled dough and cover it with the curd (half of the amount) and jam, then place another layer on top and cover it with the rest of the curd;
  3. Roll up the dough gently, and slightly crimp the edges. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes;
  4. The baked rolls can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or covered with melted chocolate.
