MUST HAVE:

  • Puff Pastry Dough in Sheets
  • 3-4 apples
  • Butter (for greasing the baking tray) 1 tbsp;
  • Flour (for sprinkling on the baking tray) 1 tbsp;
  • 4-5 tbsp of honey;
  • 100 g of almond shreds;

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. 1. Remove apple seeds and cut the apples into slices.
  2. 2. Take a baking tray and grease it with butter, then add yeast-free MANTINGA puff pastry, sliced apples, pour honey and sprinkle almond shreds, repeat the process until you have two layers (or more) and bake in the oven at 180 °C for 30–35 minutes.
  3. 3. Let it cool before serving.
