Hot dogs with bacon, caramelized in maple syrup

MUST HAVE:

  • Hot Dog Buns (4 pc.)
  • blue onion 0.5 pcs.
  • oil 2 tablespoons
  • milk sausages 2 pcs.
  • sliced cold smoked bacon 100 g
  • maple syrup 2 tablespoons
  • mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
  • mustard 1 tablespoon
  • a few basil leaves

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Toast MANTINGA hot dog buns "Cosmos" in a dry pan for 2 minutes on both sides. Cut the onion into straws.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the sausages and cold smoked bacon. Fry the sausages on all sides until browned.
  3. Take the sausages out and pour the maple syrup.
  4. Stir and caramelize the bacon for about 2 minutes.
  5. Spread mayonnaise on the inside of the fried buns, add sausages, onions cut into straws, and caramelized bacon.
  6. Sprinkle with mustard and garnish with basil leaves.
