Hot dog with stewed cabbage and smoked sausage

MUST HAVE:

  • Hot Dog Buns (4 pc.)
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 2 smoked sausages
  • 2-3 tablespoons of stewed cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Bake the hot dog buns in the oven at 180 C for about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the sausages for about 1 minute on all sides.
  3. Place the cabbage next to the sausages, add a splash of water and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Put the sausage on top of the cabbage in a bun and season with chopped parsley. Bon Appetit!
