Hot dog with spicy COLESLAW salad

MUST HAVE:
- Hot Dog Buns (4 pc.)
- 150 g of white cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of black pepper
- 2 teaspoons of mustard
- 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar
- 2 smoked sausages
- A few sprigs of coriander
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Chop the cabbage, grate the carrot and mix together with mayonnaise, spices, rice vinegar, and mustard.
- Grill the buns and sausages on all sides. Fill the bun with sausage and prepared salad.
- Garnish with coriander leaves. Bon Appetit!
