Hot dog with mushrooms and spinach

MUST HAVE:

  • Hot Dog Buns (4 pc.)
  • 2-3 champignons
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 2 milk sausages
  • 1 handful of spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • a pinch of hot pepper flakes

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Cut the champignons, season them with salt, pepper, olive oil and mix.
  2. Fry the sausages and mushrooms on the oiled grill for about 2 minutes, and also toast the hot dog buns.
  3. Chop the spinach and fried mushrooms, put them together in a bowl and mix well. Add mayonnaise, sausage and spinach with mushrooms to a hot dog bun. Bon Appetit!
