Hot dog with mushrooms and spinach

MUST HAVE:
- Hot Dog Buns (4 pc.)
- 2-3 champignons
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 2 milk sausages
- 1 handful of spinach leaves
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- a pinch of hot pepper flakes
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Cut the champignons, season them with salt, pepper, olive oil and mix.
- Fry the sausages and mushrooms on the oiled grill for about 2 minutes, and also toast the hot dog buns.
- Chop the spinach and fried mushrooms, put them together in a bowl and mix well. Add mayonnaise, sausage and spinach with mushrooms to a hot dog bun. Bon Appetit!
