Hot dog with corn and peppers

MUST HAVE:

  • Hot Dog Buns (4 pc.)
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 2-3 tablespoons of canned corn
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1 handful of spinach leaves
  • 2 milk sausages
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Place diced bell pepper, chopped onion, spinach, corn, salt, pepper in a container, pour oil and mix.
  2. Grill the sausages on an oiled grill for about 2 minutes.
  3. Toast MANTINGA Cosmos hamburger buns on a dry grill for 1 minute on both sides.
  4. Fill the bun with sausage and the prepared vegetable mixture. Bon Appetit!
