Frozen dough cupcakes

MUST HAVE:

  • Croissant Dough in Sheets
  • 4-5 tbsp. of cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp. of sugar
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • 50 ml of cream
  • 1 handful of frozen cherries
  • a few leaves of mint
  • 1 tsp. of powdered sugar

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Defrost MANTINGA puff pastry yeast dough at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Blend the cream cheese, sugar, cinnamon, and cream together well. Divide the sheet of dough into two equal parts and place it in the cupcake mold, forming a dough basket this way.
  3. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and a small handful of frozen cherries in the center of the dough.
  4. Bake in the oven pre-heated to 150°C for about 20 minutes, until the edges of the dough are nicely browned. Decorate the cupcakes with mint leaves. Enjoy!
