Frozen dough cupcakes

MUST HAVE:
- Croissant Dough in Sheets
- 4-5 tbsp. of cream cheese
- 1 tbsp. of sugar
- a pinch of cinnamon
- 50 ml of cream
- 1 handful of frozen cherries
- a few leaves of mint
- 1 tsp. of powdered sugar
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Defrost MANTINGA puff pastry yeast dough at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Blend the cream cheese, sugar, cinnamon, and cream together well. Divide the sheet of dough into two equal parts and place it in the cupcake mold, forming a dough basket this way.
- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and a small handful of frozen cherries in the center of the dough.
- Bake in the oven pre-heated to 150°C for about 20 minutes, until the edges of the dough are nicely browned. Decorate the cupcakes with mint leaves. Enjoy!
