MUST HAVE:
- Puff Pastry Dough in Sheets
- 2 oranges;
- 4 apples;
- 1 egg;
- 200 g of sugar.
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Peel 3 oranges and 4 apples and cut into small cubes; Place the fruit in a pot and heat until it starts to evaporate;
- Add 200 g of sugar. Cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat, stir occasionally;
- Blend the cooked fruit with a food blender until smooth and leave to cool and set overnight;
- se Mantinga puff pastry to form two biscuit bases. One of them must have a cut circle in the middle;
- Spread one base with jam and place the other one on top. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes;
- Sprinkle the baked cookies with icing sugar.
