DONUT AND MARSHMALLOW ROCKY ROAD CAKE

MUST HAVE:

  • Donut CARAMEL PASSION
  • 1 handful of marshmallows
  • 100 g of dark chocolate
  • 80 g of butter
  • 80 g of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 handful of cashews
  • A few marshmallows (for decoration)

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Chop the donuts and marshmallows into small pieces.
  2. Put dark chocolate in a steam bath, pour condensed milk, butter and stir until everything melts.
  3. Pour the chocolate mixture over the donuts with marshmallows and mix everything well.
  4. Put everything together into a baking dish lined with baking paper and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  5. Place in the freezer for 2 hours to freeze up. Enjoy!
