MUST HAVE:

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Bake the frozen croissants in the oven at 180 degrees for 17 minutes.
  2. Cut the washed oranges together with the peel into pieces, put them in a pot, add sugar and simmer for 30 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Mix the mascarpone cheese with powdered sugar, vanilla and put it in a pastry bag.
  4. Cut the croissants in half lengthwise and place the orange mass on the bottom, decorate with kiwi half rings and squeeze the mascarpone cream on top. There should be quite a bit of cream. Place the top of the croissant and enjoy.
