CROISSANTS WITH MASCARPONE AND ORANGES

MUST HAVE:
- 6 Butter Croissants, 24 %
- 4 oranges
- 150 g of sugar
- 250 g of mascarpone
- 50 g of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 kiwi
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Bake the frozen croissants in the oven at 180 degrees for 17 minutes.
- Cut the washed oranges together with the peel into pieces, put them in a pot, add sugar and simmer for 30 minutes on medium heat.
- Mix the mascarpone cheese with powdered sugar, vanilla and put it in a pastry bag.
- Cut the croissants in half lengthwise and place the orange mass on the bottom, decorate with kiwi half rings and squeeze the mascarpone cream on top. There should be quite a bit of cream. Place the top of the croissant and enjoy.
