CROISSANTS WITH HAZELNUT CREAM

MUST HAVE:
- 6 Butter Croissants, 24 %
- 120 g of Hazelnuts
- 200 g of milk chocolate
- 50 ml of rapeseed oil
- 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons of agave syrup
- For decoration: hazelnuts raspberries freeze-dried strawberries
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Bake the frozen butter croissants in the oven at 180 degrees for 17 minutes.
- Put the hazelnuts in a baking tray and roast them in the oven at 180 degrees.
- Melt the chocolate by holding it over a pot of hot water.
- Add nuts, powdered sugar, oil, vanilla, agave syrup, melted chocolate to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Squeeze it onto the croissants with a pastry syringe. Decorate with raspberries, freeze-dried strawberries, roasted hazelnuts.
