CROISSANTS WITH HAZELNUT CREAM

MUST HAVE:

  • 6 Butter Croissants, 24 %
  • 120 g of Hazelnuts
  • 200 g of milk chocolate
  • 50 ml of rapeseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons of agave syrup
  • For decoration: hazelnuts raspberries freeze-dried strawberries

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Bake the frozen butter croissants in the oven at 180 degrees for 17 minutes.
  2. Put the hazelnuts in a baking tray and roast them in the oven at 180 degrees.
  3. Melt the chocolate by holding it over a pot of hot water.
  4. Add nuts, powdered sugar, oil, vanilla, agave syrup, melted chocolate to a blender and blend until smooth.
  5. Squeeze it onto the croissants with a pastry syringe. Decorate with raspberries, freeze-dried strawberries, roasted hazelnuts.
