THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Bake the MANTINGA croissants in the oven at 180 °C for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Cut the champignons into slices and fry them in a pan with oil until nicely browned, season with pepper. Cut the cheddar cheese into slices.
  3. Cut the baked MANTINGA croissants, add cheddar cheese and fried champignons. Bake the croissants with champignons in the oven at 180 °C until the cheese melts.
  4. Garnish with basil leaves.
