MUST HAVE:
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Bake the MANTINGA croissants in the oven at 180 °C for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cut the champignons into slices and fry them in a pan with oil until nicely browned, season with pepper. Cut the cheddar cheese into slices.
- Cut the baked MANTINGA croissants, add cheddar cheese and fried champignons. Bake the croissants with champignons in the oven at 180 °C until the cheese melts.
- Garnish with basil leaves.
