- 6 Butter Croissants, 24 %
- eggs 1 pc.
- avocado 1 pc.
- 10 g of spinach
- bacon 30 g
- cheddar cheese 15 g
- mayonnaise 15 g
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Fry the bacon in a pan and cook the egg.
- Cut the avocado into slices, season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the croissant in half, spread mayonnaise, add spinach, cheddar cheese, bacon, egg and avocado.
- Cut in half again and serve.
