MUST HAVE:

  • 6 Butter Croissants, 24 %
  • eggs 1 pc.
  • avocado 1 pc.
  • 10 g of spinach
  • bacon 30 g
  • cheddar cheese 15 g
  • mayonnaise 15 g
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Fry the bacon in a pan and cook the egg.
  2. Cut the avocado into slices, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the croissant in half, spread mayonnaise, add spinach, cheddar cheese, bacon, egg and avocado.
  4. Cut in half again and serve.
