CROISSANT WITH BACON AND EGGS

MUST HAVE:
- 6 Butter Croissants, 24 %
- 1 MANTINGA butter croissant
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 2 eggs
- 2-3 slices of cold smoked bacon
- 1 handful of leaves of broth
- a pinch of black pepper
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Remove the MANTINGA croissants from the package and keep them at room temperature for 30-40 minutes. Once thawed, bake in the oven at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
- Pour oil into a pan, fry eggs and bacon strips until nicely browned. Cut the baked croissant in half and place the fried eggs, bacon strips and a handful of scallion leaves on one side of the croissant.
- Sprinkle everything with black pepper. Cover everything with the remaining half of the croissant. Enjoy!
