MUST HAVE:
- 6 Butter Croissants, 24 %
- Egg, 1 pce.
- Butter, 0.5 tbsp.
- favorite jam, 2 tbsp.
- a few leaves of mint
- powdered sugar, a pinch
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Place MANTINGA croissants with raspberry filling on a baking sheet and defrost at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes. Bake in the oven at 170°C temperature for about 15-17 minutes
- Beat the egg. Dip the baked croissants in the egg mixture and fry in melted butter for 2 minutes on both sides.
- Serve the roasted croissants with your favorite jam.
- Decorate the croissant toast with mint leaves and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
