MUST HAVE:

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Place MANTINGA croissants with raspberry filling on a baking sheet and defrost at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes. Bake in the oven at 170°C temperature for about 15-17 minutes
  2. Beat the egg. Dip the baked croissants in the egg mixture and fry in melted butter for 2 minutes on both sides.
  3. Serve the roasted croissants with your favorite jam.
  4. Decorate the croissant toast with mint leaves and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
