Croissant sandwich with ham and cheese

MUST HAVE:
- 6 Butter Croissants, 24 %
- garlic sauce, 1 tbsp.
- honey and mustard sauce, 1 tbsp.
- your favorite ham, 80 g
- your favorite fermented cheese, 3 slices
THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:
- Defrost MANTINGA butter croissants at room temperature for about 20 minutes. Bake in the oven at 180°C temperature for about 20 minutes
- Cut in the baked croissants in half lengthwise. Spread garlic sauce on one side of the cut croissants and honey and mustard on the other side.
- Add thinly sliced ham and fermented cheese and enjoy a croissant sandwich.
