Croissant sandwich with ham and cheese

MUST HAVE:

  • 6 Butter Croissants, 24 %
  • garlic sauce, 1 tbsp.
  • honey and mustard sauce, 1 tbsp.
  • your favorite ham, 80 g
  • your favorite fermented cheese, 3 slices

THE DISH WILL SUCCESS IF YOU COOK IT AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Defrost MANTINGA butter croissants at room temperature for about 20 minutes. Bake in the oven at 180°C temperature for about 20 minutes
  2. Cut in the baked croissants in half lengthwise. Spread garlic sauce on one side of the cut croissants and honey and mustard on the other side.
  3. Add thinly sliced ham and fermented cheese and enjoy a croissant sandwich.
